Plot: In a quiet, isolated village in olde Pennsylvania, there lies a pact between the people of the village and the creatures who reside in the surrounding woods: the townspeople do not enter the woods, and the creatures do not enter the village. The pact stays true for many years, but when Lucius Hunt seeks medical supplies from the towns beyond the wood, the pact is challenged. Animal carcasses, devoid of fur, begin to appear around the village, causing the council of elders to fear for the safety of the village, the pact, and so much more.

I'm not fat, just wanna be fit ….?
OK, heres the deal .. I’m 20 years old, male.. I don’t think that I’m fat. I’m almost 180cm 76 kg. When I have me clothes on, I look alright. But when I take them off .. It’s like.. just not fit lol. I have some fat around me sides .. wanna grow a six-pack ….I do know that this is what every guy want .. but most of us, don’t really work for it ..
I have till the summer. I’ve got nothing to do except going to the Univ 3 days a week. I live in a small village. Yes,we do have a gym I can use but I feel like the people who work there are just amateurs.
So, me question is…
Can any one help me to put a workout plan and a proper healthy diet not to lose weight but to stop gaining weight ?
Get a personal fitness instructor for a few weeks or months.

you dont grow a 6 pack you work for one, p90x, im telling you its a 90 day workout and you will be tired and it is hard, 1 hour a day, but you will see results and you will feel better about yourself, start by march 1st and you’ll be ready for summer…good luck

my brother did that px90 workout and he also stopped eating meat he trimmed down alot and gained alot of definition…..its worth a try if you aren’t happy with the way you look. good luck =)

these are the 3 things you need, and when used in conjunction, it becomes effortless over the days. For Your diet, if your want to lose fat, simply drink water only, avoid soda, and eat nothing but whole-grain pasta, bread, brown rices, fresh fish, chicken, plenty of salads and fruits.
Cardio is what burns the fat, and you need said above diet to help it work quicker, to do cardio, just run for 30 - 40 minutes a day. Or swim, or skip rope.
For the six pack, do up to 50 sit ups each day, this should take a matter of 3 months if you keep at it hard.

To grow a six pack, you will need water, dirt and 6 ab seeds! No gym needed! lol. To NOT gain weight but NOT lose it eigher is simple. Count your cal. intake with meals and burn about the same amount with activity. Keep in mind you burn some everyday just doing everyday things so just guess how many cals you burn doing normal stuff, then do more stuff to burn the rest off. If you want a 6 pack there are tons of sites that will give you free advise on that so why should I write a whole page repeating them? Just go google it! But let me tell you this first before you go crazy on your mid section. Most girls dont care all that much about a 6 pack. As long as your not fat and dont have a gut, some pudge is ok. I would say spend the time and energy building up a bigger chest and arms so you can pick your girl up and carry her (longer than 2 feet). A 6 pack sounds great and all but to me, I rather have some power to show after all that work building a muscle. Abs you just look at… they dont do much. stronger and slightly bigger arms can impress more girls I think. Good luck eigher way!

going to the gym is a great idea. theres probally other people that go there that arnt amatures.
warm up 5+min, strech 5+min, high intensity workout (cardio and/or strength training) for 1+hour, strech 1+hour. cardio= running, or any exersize that causes you to become out of breath. strength training= exersize that causes muscle pain. reps= the # of each time you go up and down from a exersize. high insentisy and less reps is best compared to medium intenstiy and more reps.
set= an exersize done until failure. exersize= one particular exersize. failure= phsycially can not do another rep. always do an exersize until failure. muscle soreness= muscle pain that happens the day after your workout, can last up to a week. if your muscles arnt sore the next day after your workout then make your workout harder. recovery= the time during your muscle soreness that you dont do more then light exersize, so your muscles can recover and grow.
its good to have muscle soreness, during the time you have muscle soreness, dont do more then light exersizes. once your muscle soreness has gone away, then do your high intensity workout. particular muscles may be sore and other may not be, you can workout the muscles that arnt sore, but wait to do more then light exersizes to the sore muscles until the soreness has gone.
daily eat as much as you can even when your not hungry. eat healthy varieites of fruits veggies grains(not white grains) meats dairy beans nuts soy. 6+meals a day. eat protein 50+grams daily. drink 2+cups water per hour. sleep8+hours.
