Eagle, Glenwood Springs or Grand Junction, Colorado: Where to move and live?

I’m 41 and white. I am married to a Filipino lady. We have two little boys.
We are thinking about moving to Colorado—we currently live in Oregon…near Portland.
I like greenery, mountains and water. I don’t like sunbaked brown places like Phoenix. I like moderate climates so don’t like real cold or real hot.
